Sparkling Sweet & Sour

I wish I could say that a whiskey sour has been on my to-make list of cocktails, but truly I have been most fascinated with the foam you get on top. This cocktail, visually speaking, is inspired by a photo a friend sent me on Instagram as she recognized sugar paper decorations I had in my baking room. The Sparkling Sweet & Sour doesn’t care how you feel about Valentine’s Day, but we do care about what you’re drinking.
