The Spicy Summer Mule is my take the the classic Moscow Mule. No matter the occasion or specialty cocktail I have prepared, someone always asks for my famous mule. One of my favorite restaurants makes a Spicy Blackberry Mule I love, and this is my take on it (sans blackberry). You could make this is a batch and top it with the ginger beer as you would like.
